LOWDOWN
Penfield made quite a big impression at his passage at The North Face Masters in Snowbird, UT 09. In fact, the Californian up-and-comers came back home with the Young Gun awards, dedicated to amazing athletes in the under 21 crowd. Jonathan, also known as "Johnny", have a strong background of board cross, racing, half pipe and Slope style. Even though he spends most of his time freeriding, he still competes as a slope style rider. Jonathan is also on his way to achieve a major in chemistry, at the University of Utah. We look forward to see some more of Penfield and maybe watch him make it to the podium.
